The biggest complaint is the length of the j-channel. FedEx and UPS have a package length limit of 8 feet. In order to be able to ship with FedEx or UPS, Foundry makes their j-channel 7.5 feet long. A lot of home owners and installers do not like the short length because it creates too many seems when installed.
